Stoning the Infidels

We honestly do not know which is more amazing -- and disturbing: that the Pew Research survey of 547 media professionals, completed this spring as part of a study by The Project for Excellence in Journalism and The Committee of Concerned Journalists, revealed only 15% of those news professionals find it necessary to believe in God to be moral or that 7% of the group actually publicly professed themselves to be conservative.

Who exactly are these 38 people so bereft of good judgement that they would stand up in Fenway Park and openly cheer for the New York Yankees?

While 80% of journalists may believe that homosexuality should be accepted by society, at least we can all agree that surely it is not yet time for conservatives to come out of the press room closets.

We call upon Pew and the Committee of Concerned Journalists, for the sake and sanctity of the sacred Fourth Estate, to ban Fox News and their 38 employees from all future surveys.

Let those "people" find their own dominion within society and leave our neighborhood in peace.
